Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellations on all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, send us an email at with the subject "CANCEL" within 24 hours of ordering and our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.

Please note all orders are processed through our warehouse after 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, we cannot apply cancellations. If you still want to cancel your order after 24 hours, please refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

All returns must be communicated directly with our team before returning your order. To start a return, contact us at and a member of our team will assist you with the process.

  • Change of mind: We accept returns due to change of mind within 14 days of your order being delivered. Products must be in original condition, and must be returned in original box. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • Size exchanges: We offer free size exchanges on any footwear orders. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and footwear must be in original conditions and in its original box. Only exchanges are applicable on orders with sizing issues.
  • Color exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different colors. Please check the color of your footwear carefully before ordering.

Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable! Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

We offer full refunds or reshipments (subject to availability) on any items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from what you were led to believe.

To start a refund process, please email us at with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue and photos of your item where these issues are clearly visible. We are not able to process refunds on damaged products if photos are not provided.

*Please note: we will not be able to process your return/refund if you send your order back to the sender address on your parcel (our distribution facility) without contacting us first. All returns, refunds and exchanges must be directly communicated with us via email at before the parcel is returned.

Tracking your return

We strongly advise customers to use a secure trackable method of postage, (i.e. recorded or special delivery) this way you will always be able to track your items, should any delivery issues occur.

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until our warehouse is in receipt of your item and this has been confirmed.

NOTE: All items and its condition remain your responsibility; it is the customers responsible for postage costs.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

We will send you an email once your item has been received, your refund will then be processed.

If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable; Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please allow up-to 28 days turnaround time.

Customs Fees

Our suppliers are based in the UK, Europe and Overseas; occasionally shipments outside of the UK may incur customs fees or tax, depending on the destination country, which is out of our control!
